Cornwall Energy Recovery is an integrated waste management PPP which treats 240,000 tpa of waste and provides green energy to 21,000 households. The facility started fully operating in 2017 and the contract includes the build and operation of an EfW and 10+ ancillary facilities including HWRCs, MRFs and landfill.
