Kazuma Fukao, Managing Director
Kaz is Managing Director of IEI since 2023.He joined ITOCHU Corporation in 2004 and has been successfully executing and managing development and investment activities for energy infrastructure projects for over 20 years including 8 years experiences in the US. He also has experienced several managerial positions in Japan and the US including Executive Chairman of NAES Corporation, a leading third-party O&M contractor.He has a Master degree of Mechanical Engineering and started his career as a project engineer at Chiyoda Corporation followed by experiences as a technical sales manager at NEG Micon KK (now merged with Vestas Wind Systems) before joining ITOCHU Corporation.

Belinda Knox, Deputy Managing Director
With over 20 years’ experience in investment in large scale infrastructure projects and the last ten years with I-Environment Investments, Belinda has led and managed investments ranging from Middle East desalination projects to Integrated Waste Management projects in Serbia.Prior to working in her current role, Belinda worked in Private Equity and other principal investors in the energy sector in Asia, Australia and the UK.Belinda has a MBA from Judge Business School Cambridge and holds board level roles in numerous portfolio investment companies
