Rahul Kadiwar, General Manager, M&A and Asset Management

Rahul heads the M&A and Asset Management team within IEI. With 15-years’ experience, Rahul has deep expertise in leading and managing M&A processes across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure. He serves on the board of several portfolio investment companies, providing strategic guidance and oversight on key decisions as well as managing a team to provide asset management services. Prior to ITOCHU and IEI, he specialised in transport advisory.
