Belgrade Energy Recovery (Beo Čista Energija) is a project holding 25 years PPP contract with City of Belgrade, treating 340,000 tpa providing green energy to 30,000 households. This project is the first major PPP project in the country. The facility started operation in 2024, and the contract includes build and operation of an EfW, Construction and demolition waste facility, new landfill, closure and remediation of existing landfill.
