Bülent Artuç, General Manager, BOT/ Concessions

Bülent Artuç has been serving as the General Manager of PPPs/Concessions at IEI since 2018, where he leads a dedicated team in the development and management of public-private partnership projects. With a career that began at ITOCHU Corporation in 2007, Bülent has held key roles across various offices in Ankara, Istanbul, and Tokyo, before transitioning to IEI.

Throughout his career, Bülent has played an instrumental role in the successful execution of numerous large-scale PPP projects, particularly in the areas of waste management, water treatment, and transportation across Turkey, Australia, the United Kingdom and North Africa.

Bülent holds an MBA from the University of La Salle, Philadelphia (2006), and is passionate about driving innovation in the development of environmentally sustainable and socially responsible infrastructure projects. He is particularly focused on fostering partnerships between public and private sectors to maximize the impact of clean, green, and cutting-edge projects on a global scale.
